AT&T Points Plus Card From Citi is a no-annual-fee points card from Citi. Its best everyday rates are 3x on gas stations, 2x on AT&T, and 2x on grocery stores; everything else earns 1x.
On our reference budget of $24,600 a year it returns about $354, an effective 1.4% back. The welcome bonus, $250 after $500 in 3 months, is the strongest reason to open it in a given year.
Put the bonus categories on it and everything else on a flat 2% card. On its own the base rate drags the average down.
