Comenity Sony Visa is a no-annual-fee points card from Comenity. Its best everyday rates are 5x on entertainment, 2x on dining, and 2x on ridesharing; everything else earns 1x. There is also 5x on Sony, a single-merchant rate. Rewards are Sony points that only spend inside that program, so we value them at roughly a third of a cent each.
On our reference budget of $24,600 a year it returns about $120, an effective 0.5% back.
It is a stepping-stone card. Keep the balance low and revisit once your score reaches the good range, where no-fee cards with better rates open up. It charges 3% on foreign purchases, so leave it home when you travel abroad.
