FNBO ANA CARD U.S.A. Plus is a $85-a-year miles card from FNBO. Its best everyday rates are 2x on ANA; everything else earns 1x. Rewards are ANA Mileage Club miles that only spend inside that program, so we value them at roughly a third of a cent each.
On our reference budget of $73,200 a year it earns $244, which clears the $85 fee with $159 to spare before any credits or perks. The welcome bonus, 10,000 miles after $7,000 in 3 months, adds to the first year's return. The annual fee is waived the first year.
Keep business spending on it for the separate statement alone; the rewards are the extra. Check the issuer's other business card before deciding, since the categories differ more than the fees do.
