Truist Enjoy Cash Secured is a no-annual-fee points card from Truist. Its best everyday rates are 3x on gas stations, 2x on grocery stores, and 2x on utilities; everything else earns 1x. Gas stations is capped at $1,000 a month, then drops to the base rate.
On our reference budget of $24,600 a year it returns about $354, an effective 1.4% back.
Get it for the reporting. Pay in full, keep the balance under a third of the limit, and ask about graduating to an unsecured card after a year. The rewards are beside the point.
